Shortage of PPD for Washington State TB Screening

The Department of Health and ALTSA recognize that there is a current shortage of PPD for required TB testing in community based and state licensed facilities. 

Please remember that licensing requirements include both the PPD and blood test options.  Providers should work closely with their licensing staff and/or field managers in the event questions arise about any delays in testing.
