DSHS Issues New Assisted Living Provider Letter

Another form is now required to be signed by an applicant for an FBI Background check, after a recent audit of the department's Background Check Central Unit by the FBI.  The new requirement applies to administrators and others hired by an Assisted Living Facility on or after March 1, 2013.  Read the letter.
