New Hampshire is the first state to apply for and receive federal funds under the Affordable Care Act Balancing Incentive Payment Program (BIPP), which will expand home and community-based services in the state.
Maryland is the second state awarded BIPP funding. A third state, Georgia, has also submitted an application for the Program, which is now under review at CMS.
