Ziegler Study Reveals CCRC Rate Changes for 2011 and 2012
Ziegler CFO Hotline
participants were asked to provide annual estimates for realized and expected
CCRC monthly fee rate changes charged to independent living residents in the
annual Monthly Fee Rate Change Survey (& Results).
The average rate increase for 2011 was 3.04% and the average projected rate
increase for 2012 was 3.13%.
