HB 1087, passed during the 2011 legislative session, made mandatory several license fee increases for some of the professions regulated by the Department of Health.
Included in the list of affected license holders are Nursing Home Administrators (Application Fee From $275 to $410, Renewals from $360 to $495), Occupational Therapists (Application Fee from $160 to $175, Renewal Fee from $130 to $145) and Dietitians (Application Fee from $75 to $100, Renewal Fee from $45 to $70).
