Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs): Secure Retirement or Risky Investment?

The Senate Special Committee on Aging will hold its long-awaited hearing on CCRCs, entitled "Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs): Secure Retirement or Risky Investment?".  The report prepared by the GAO will be released that day.

CCRCs continue to be under the scrutiny of the IRS and the Senate Aging Committee. That is why it is so vitally important that we continue to fight the IRS action against Mission Ridge over the treatment of its entrance fee deposits.
