Congratulations to Common Ground

for successfully coordinating the two HUD Section 202 grant projects recently awarded in Washington state, in partnership with the non-profit sponsors Okonogan County Community Action Council (9 elderly units) and Providence Health Services (54 elderly units).  Health care services, care/case coordination and transportation will be valuable components of each project.
