Housing Needs Study to Be Undertaken by Department of Commerce

In collaboration with the Washington State Housing Finance Commission, the state's Affordable Housing Advisory Board and the Department of Commerce, a project is to commence in September of this year to develop a statewide housing inventory and needs data using a replicable model that can be updated every three to five years.
