Health Care Reform: DELAY in Employer Shared Responsibility Provisions

The White House and US Department of the Treasury (Treasury) have announced that it will delay the Affordable Care Act mandatory employer shared responsibility provisions and insurer reporting requirements for one year.  Thus, the reporting requirements and any potential penalties will not be collected in 2014.
