Court Strikes Down NLRB's Notice Poster Requirement

The controversial NLRB rule that would require all employers to post a notice regarding workers' rights under the National Labor Relations Act has been struck down in a unanimous decision by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
