Dear Assisted Living Administrator Letter Released
DSHS/ADSA has posted a new Dear Administrator letter indicating they are now entering the 2nd phase of rulemaking to amend 388-78A WAC, for the sole purpose of transitioning the term 'boarding home' to 'assisted living' per new legislation passed last year.
