Are You Using The NEW HUD 2530?

Revised 3/2013, the new HUD form 2530 (Previous Participation) has just been released. 

Changes include:  1) No requirement to alphabetize the list of principles; 2) Certification instructions provide clarification that all principles listed in Block 7 must be listed in the signature block; 3) Principles who sign on behalf of organizations must attach a Signature Authority document; 4) Schedule A requires previous projects for only the past 10 years; 5) Requires both MOR and REAC; 6) Eliminates master list provision.

The OMB number is 2502-0118 with an expiration date of 2/29/16. The 2530 is also known as the Previous Participation Certification.
