The LeadingAge Washington Nursing Leadership & Management educational series is a four day program, modeled after our successful Assisted Living series of the same name.
Participants
will learn leadership strategies to promote care coordination and case
management for their residents to minimize risk of re-hospitalization.
They will learn to model behavior that will promote staff leadership and job
satisfaction. They will also be able to articulate their role as a
partner in collaboration with other partners in cross-setting teams, promoting
the coordination of care between various health care to home settings.
Participants of this course meet weekly over four weeks.
