MDS QM Reports Experiencing Technical Difficulties

The MDS 3.0 Quality Measure Reports in the MDS 3.0 QM Reports category in the CASPER Reporting application have been temporarily disabled, effective April 16, 2012.

 The following reports from the MDS 3.0 QM Reports category are disabled:

·         MDS 3.0 Facility Quality Measure Report

·         MDS 3.0 Resident Level Quality Measure Report

·         MDS 3.0 Monthly Comparison Report

·         MDS 3.0 QM Package Reports

The MDS 3.0 QM Reports category link will remain available on CASPER Reports page; however, if the link is selected, no reports will display on the right side of the application window.

 

A follow-up memo will be sent as soon the reports are available again.
