HUD Audit/Year End Reminder

The annual audit is due by 3/30/2012 for all owners who have a year end of 12/31/2011. 

Thank you to all owners who already submitted theirs.  We encourage the rest to submit the annual audit as soon as possible. 

HQ has advised us that as of last week, only 1/3 of those due have been electronically filed with HUD.
