Are You Working On A Nursing Home Compliance Program That Meets The Affordable Care Act Standards?

The 2010 Affordable Care Act (ACA) requires a compliance program in each nursing home by the end of 2013 and a quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) program soon after.
