NLRB 'Employee Rights' Notice Requirements Set For April 30, 2012

Despite court delays as a result of objections to the NLRB rule filing, the requirement for employer's to post a specific notice about Employee Rights is due to go into effect April 30, 2012.

It is expected that at least one organization will appeal the latest ruling from the court, which upholds the requirement.  Until further notice, however, of yet another delay please plan for the April 30 date accordingly.  Go to NLRB.gov to download the poster and obtain additional information.
