The CMS information applies to those nursing homes that have a designated area for smoking at their facility.
Please remember that state law, under Chapter 70.160 Revised Code of Washington (RCW), prohibits smoking in public places and within a minimum distance of twenty-five feet from entrances and exits. According to this state law, nursing homes are considered a public place.
