Changes to HUD's APPS

Recent changes in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Active Partners Performance System (APPS) have resulted in improved processing screens, streamlined certification for Organization Changes and faster 2530 approvals - as well as a very important change to "who needs to certify," which will be of special interest to non-profits.
