Last week, Governor Gregoire outlined her 2012 Supplemental Budget proposal. Our analysis includes Medicaid coverage of services provided by boarding homes, adult family homes, adult day programs and psychiatric hospitals, health care insurance proposals for state-paid in-home caregivers (Individual Providers ~ IPs) as well as suggested cuts to specific rate add-ons for nursing homes and boarding homes.
