The Department of Health's Board of Nursing Home Administrators is holding a public workshop on October 18, 2011 for the purpose of gaining input on draft rules to implement Aging Services' legislation of 2011, SB 5708. Specifically, this rule is to establish nursing home administrator requirements for those nursing homes with small resident populations who have converted nursing home beds to assisted living beds.
