The U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is using online voting, or crowd sourcing, for its site "Ideas in Action," which gathers ideas on HUD's FY 2010-2015 strategic plan and on how HUD can fulfill its vision of being a partner for residents, partners, employees and the public over the next five years.
