Nursing Home Licensing Fee Officially Increases

DSHS published its emergency rules effecting a nursing home bed annual licensing fee increase from $275 to $327.  The rules, effective July 1, 2010, will be in place for 120 days, and then should be supplanted by permanent rules implementing the same change.
