Production Claims Cutoff Change
ADSA has not had the time to update the cutover calendar, but you now must submit final production claims by April 23rd at NOON PDT. This is a change from previously published documentation.

WINASAP Testing
WINASAP test files submitted in the last several days have not made their way into ProviderOne. Providers looking for claim status or RA’s have not been able to check test claims status. We have been assured that the problem has been fixed and all missing files should be available in the testing environment (https://www.waproviderone.org) by tomorrow morning. You will still need to wait for the RA generation process for those claims. Any problems, please call the ProviderOne help desk 1-800-562-3022, then extension 19583 or email providerone@dshs.wa.gov.
