Dear DNS & NH Administrator letter posted on QAN Survey

In February of 2009, Residential Care Services (RCS) sought your feedback through a short survey that was developed to assess the Quality Assurance Nurse (QAN) protocols. Specifically, RCS was looking at what happens to the protocol information that is shared by the QAN, and the perceived benefits or limitations of the information transfer that occurs. Your input was sought in order to give RCS vital first-hand knowledge about this unique program, how well it is working, and its value to you and your residents. Based on feedback obtained from customers like you, RCS is planning to update and/or revise the QAN protocols in 2010.
