MDS Coding and & the H1N1 vaccine

When coding the MDS during the upcoming flu season, nursing facilities should code only for the "seasonal influenza vaccine," not for the "H1N1 influenza vaccine." Nursing facilities should follow guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for H1N1 influenza.
