The Ombudsman's office has alerted us that they are receiving many hotline calls (across all licensed settings) from residents and families about problems related to the extreme heat we are experiencing.

Check your local media for cooling stations, libraries and other air-conditioned options your residents may be able to utilize as they try to stay well and cool.
